We are highly experienced in care planning and records systems. For some years, Rob’s main role in the NHS was introducing care planning systems, and training staff in their use. Angie had a similar role with a corporate provider. Our system is based on research and best practice, and has been further developed by feedback from our users.


We have successfully introduced care planning systems into homes during the last few years, based on training staff in person-centred care planning backed up by our well-researched records system. We have assisted homes achieve higher ratings very quickly. We can audit your current systems in detail, and suggest improvements.
